· “Artist” means the entertainer being hired.
· “Client” means the person or entity that is hiring the artist for their service.
· “Engagement” means the employment or use of the Artist by the Client.
3. Services Provided
We provide professional entertainment services including, but not limited to:
Stage and Private Magic Shows
Close-up Roving Magic
Corporate entertainment
Private event entertainment
Wedding entertainment
Hens and Bucks entertainment
Christmas and seasonal event entertainment
All services are subject to availability, suitability, and confirmation.
4. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.
You must not:
Attempt unauthorised access to systems
Interfere with website functionality

Use the website for fraudulent purposes

5. Quotes and Bookings
Quotes are provided based on information supplied at the time of enquiry.
A booking is confirmed only upon written confirmation and receipt of any required deposit.
Clients must ensure event details (venue, timing, performance requirements) are accurate.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings where necessary.
6. Fees and Payment
· Payment is to be made via bank transfer or cash.
· If bank transfer is not possible, a payment link for credit card can be sent upon request (additional 2% surcharge will be applied)
· Fees will be outlined in your proposal or invoice.
· Deposits are required to secure a booking.
· Final payment terms will be specified in writing.
Payment handling and booking confirmation structures are standard across entertainment booking platforms.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
· The Artist may not under any conditions cancel the Engagement unless due to Force Majeure or illness.
· The Artist agrees to inform the Client immediately of any intended cancellation.
· If for any reason the Artist cancels the Engagement, the Client will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the Engagement.
· In the event that the Client cancels a booking – If cancellation is made more than 14 days before the event, the Client will receive a 50% refund of the full agreed engagement amount OR if a deposit is paid, then the deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made within 14 days of the event, there will be no refund of amount paid.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide a safe and suitable performance environment
Ensure adequate space, access, and conditions
Obtain any necessary venue permissions
Ensure audience behaviour is appropriate
We reserve the right to modify or cease a performance if safety is compromised.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, branding, videos, and performance concepts — is owned by or licensed to Wonderworkers Pty Ltd.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
Ownership and protection of intellectual property is a standard clause in website terms.
10. Third-Party Links
